Hi friends! Cole and I will be running the Monument 10k in April and we will be joining our F45 team in raising money for the VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center right here in Richmond. The Massey Cancer Center has not only been a pioneer in innovative cancer research, but also a champion in closing the health care gaps across all racial, ethnic, and geographic backgrounds.
