I have stepped up to 10K the MASSEY Way!

I have accepted the Massey Challenge, presented by Apex Systems, a division of ASGN Incorporated, because I want to see a world without cancer. VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center is working to save lives and find cures right here in Virginia.To support their life-saving cancer research, I have accepted the Massey Challenge to fundraise and to give my miles meaning at the Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10k.

By fundraising for Massey, my 10k will have special meaning and honor those I love who are battling – or have battled cancer. I think we all have been affected by cancer in some way. From my father to my best friend, I know I have so these types of runs mean the most to me. I’m pretty slow these days and 10Ks are about as far as I can go, but at least I CAN and I am grateful for that!
