I have stepped up to 10k the MASSEY Way!
VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center is working to save lives and find cures right here in Virginia. To support their life-saving cancer research, I have accepted the Massey Challenge to fundraise and to give my miles meaning at the Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10k.
This truly hits home for me. Watching my best friend, my mom, battle Breast Cancer was an experience I do not wish on anyone! We promised that if she won this fight then we would pay it forward and that is exactly what we are doing with this challenge!
I hope you can donate what you can to this cause or just share the link with others! We also plan to walk in the 10k so hopefully we see you there!
